California Sun in Connecticut… Finally!

I love summer and the natural light that’s available in the entire season!

Who says you can’t get the same lighting conditions you get in California! You just have to find it!

Its all available around you in great abundance!

This is a recent engagement session I did with my fabulous couple, Loriann and John who are getting married this year! I can’t wait!

Jessica and June approached me to photograph their destination wedding in Hawaii next year!! Yay! Cant wait!

This is a fashion inspired engagement photoshoot. Jessica wanted something different. A late evening shoot. Late evening shoots are challenging due to one major item of concern, Lighting! In this photoshoot, I had to create the lighting myself. Loved every minute of it!

I wanted the shoot to look very ‘CINEMATIC’. I think the result was definitely achieved! So awesome the way these photos came out! Enjoy.

Fall is a beautiful time for those memorable engagement photos. The colors are vivid, the sun light soft and perfect! Put a two really cool people and a beautiful golden retreiver in there and you have a recipe for some FANTASTIC photos!

Chris and Jessica are getting married next year and waited for the perfect colors to set in before we could take the photos!

Be sure to check out Gracie (their dog) who was too busy looking for treats rather than posing. lol!

So I had the pleasure of attending a workshops of one of the world’s famous celebrity wedding photographers, Mike Colon couple of days ago.

Here’s a very quick video for your enjoyment of Mike Colon’s recent workshop in Manhattan. I think I got enough footage to squeeze in here.

Recently, I have been madly in love with video capabilities of the Canon 5D Mark II. I’m seriously going crazy over the kind of footage I can get from it.

I am loving this new hybrid way of documenting my weddings. Taking Photos and Videos at the same time is so exhilarating !
